Quick Start¶
- Check status: Settings → License (Cmd+3)
- Upgrade: Click "View Plans & Upgrade" to purchase Premium

How to Upgrade¶
- Click View Plans & Upgrade
- Select your plan on the pricing page
- Complete payment
- License activates automatically (restart app if needed)
Activate a License Key¶
If you purchased from the website:
- Check email for license key
- Go to Settings → License
- Click Activate License
- Paste your key
- Click Activate
Managing Your License¶
Moving to a New Mac¶
On old Mac:
- Settings → License → Deactivate License
On new Mac:
- Install StormTunnel
- Settings → License → Activate License
- Enter your license key
Cancel Subscription¶
- Access customer portal (link in purchase email)
- Find subscription section
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Premium continues until period ends
Offline Mode¶
- Premium features work up to 14 days without internet
- License validates every 24 hours when online
- Warning appears if validation pending
Corporate Firewall¶
Ask IT to whitelist: api.storm-tunnel.app (port 443)
Troubleshooting¶
License Won't Activate¶
- Check internet connection
- Verify key is copied exactly (no extra spaces)
- Restart StormTunnel
- Ensure
api.storm-tunnel.appisn't blocked
Premium Features Locked After Purchase¶
- Restart StormTunnel
- Check License Settings status
- Try manual activation with license key
- Deactivate old Mac if multi-device limit reached
